Reference is made to the subject

  1. The 22nd KESRA Graduation ceremony will be on 21st November 2025
  2. The Graduation ceremony will be a physical event.
  3. The clearance process shall be conducted through the Student Management office – (Admissions & Student Affairs section) in collaboration with various units in the school. Graduands are required to pick two (2) clearance forms and a graduation form (1) from Admissions & Student Affairs Office 2nd floor (Main Campus) and Examinations Office (Mombasa Campus).
  4. Each graduand (except KRA Technical trainees) will be required to pay non-refundable convocation fees of Kenya Shillings Five Thousand, (Ks 5,000) by 24th October 2025.
  5. Once the draft graduation list has been uploaded on the KESRA website , a student may address any concerns through admissions@kra.go.ke (Attention: Examinations office-Graduation) latest 28th October 2025.

Final deadline for submission of the clearance and graduation forms is 24th October 2025 for ALL prospective graduands.

The student’s order of names shall be in the following order: Surname, First Name and Middle Name as is indicated in the graduation application form.
