The course aims to provide a breath of knowledge including public sector financial performance, budget construction, cost control, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), emerging tax related issues and ethical considerations in financial reporting. In addition is the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Public Private Partnership (PPP) in relation to taxation.
