Course Overview
This program offers a deep dive into governance responsibilities and a thorough understanding of board leadership focusing on roles and strategic issues. The training further supports the participants to gain adequate knowledge of the latest thinking on board leadership, and the necessary procedural and process skills in the increasingly difficult area of boardroom interaction, leadership and decision-making.
