Program Overview

This training programme emphasizes on the need for the debt management strategy to be devised in an overall revenue management framework. The framework includes Debt sustainability analysis considering the wider economic framework and cost risk analysis. Debt managers should be ready to grab new techniques, tools and solutions to efficiently manage public sector liabilities In addition, the course will provide an in-depth understanding of debt management and enforcement measures in line with the public debt management, the program is also designed to equip participants with knowledge on the meaning and implications of contingent liability and risk management.
