Diploma in Maritime Transport Logistics
Diploma in Maritime Transport Logistics is designed to equip the trainee with relevant knowledge, skills and attitudes that will enable performance of managerial duties in maritime transport logistics business. With the integration of module units such as entrepreneurship, communication skills, life skills and information communication technology, a graduate of the course will be able to work in a formal or self-employment.
At the end of the course, the trainee should be able to supervise the processing of shipping documents, manage port operations, undertake cargo and ships clearance with relevant authorities, interpret contract documents in shipping business, comply with environmental conventions, laws and regulations, supervise logistics and multi-modal transport operations and perform ship-broking activities

As a guide, Students must attend a minimum of 80% of all lectures, seminars and tutorials, failure to which he/she will not be allowed to register for examinations. The course must be completed within two years comprising four semesters.
